Dennis Giesler
Dennis Giesler has deep roots in his local community. As a small business owner, he has been serving the Four Corners area for more than four decades. Starting as a floor coverings installer, his years of experience give him a unique and valuable perspective as a design center owner. As an installer, the painstaking pride in every detail of his work was ingrained into Dennis and differentiates him from his competitors. This has not changed as an owner. He truly understands that it is the attention to details that makes the difference. It is this thoroughness that separates him as a true tradesman. From kitchen backsplashes and the smallest bathrooms to custom mountain homes and commercial projects, there isn’t much he hasn’t installed or seen.
Outside of his small business, Dennis is an avid mountain biker. He is on the board of his local mountain bike association and very active in building new trails. In the summer, you can find him enjoying the warmth out on the lake or up in the mountains camping. His wife of forty-two years, Kim, is co-founder of Top Line Floors and his favorite mountain bike riding companion. His other great loves are his children and grandchildren.

Recently retiring from 28 years of commitment to the Colorado Judicial Department has allowed Kim to make the transition into private business. As the Secretary/Treasurer and co-founder of Top Line Floors, Inc., she now enjoys a more hands-on role in the day-to-day operations. Being an integral part of a local small business is immensely rewarding. In addition, she is the co-founder and managing member of various real estate investment properties in Colorado and Arizona. Retirement has also allowed Kim the freedom of time. Kim is very excited to be at Top Line Floors and believes in their mission. In Kim’s free time, she enjoys mountain biking, camping, hiking, lake time and traveling. Her great loves are her husband, children and grandchildren.
